AI is destroying the world

In 5 years AI will run all fast food restaurants and banks among other things. AI can even predict markets. I was reading about this guy that works in AI and said many inside AI are trying to slow it down because its getting too advanced. Humans understand AI and what it says and does. But AI is reaching levels beyond human understanding. Anyone remember the 2001 movie Artificial Intelligence? Brutal movie and we are only a few years away from that. If you have not seen the movie its about the future where human robots can be adopted as children. They act and look just like humans. The AI boy cannot feel love and he goes to great lengths to find it and understand it. It was the one emotion he could not understand but wanted.

Brutal defines it perfectly. It's a very interesting film, but I couldn't enjoy it. I found it to be such a sad version of Pinocchio, a puppet who wanted to be a real boy. He doesn't succeed, and the ending is so depressing.

It had the only ending it could have since its impossible for him to be real.
Its a mind f*** of a movie. Humans sympathizing with AI robots and our great sadness they are not real.

Right. Within the fantastical world in which the film takes place, its ending was more realistic than the story of Bicentennial Man (also a good film).

I don't know what Lindsey would think about this “Fleetwood Mac type Music”, but I’m sure he would laugh a lot with those pictures where the people look like they came out of the telepods from The Fly movie after they fused Bon Jovi, Janis Joplin and Vincent from Beauty and the Beast the 80s serie.

This sounds like Stevie's lost Tango demos.

Those images of the "band" And there are heaps more if you skip through the video.

Yes Bicentennial Man, great movie and music. Fanastic practical effects, not the CGImaxxing of today. Vale Sam Neill.

Funny cool idea but he should have portrayed each character better, starting with choosing the right wigs.

I don't understand why they didn't just copy and paste pictures of the 2 guitarists, in this "What Fleetwood Mac was better"? I can't imagine how Bob would have looked if they had included him.

Probably would have looked like the Major League Baseball pitcher who was also named Bob Welch.

John looks as unhappy as I'd imagine him being on another tour.
