Default John's Album And Mick's Something Big Album Should Have Featured Bekka

I've listened to both of these albums recently (I'm probably the only one in the world) and while Lola Thomas and Lauren Evans have good voices, listening to them makes me long for Bekka's vocals. I was just listening to Where The Wind Blows from Something Big and that song would have been perfect for Bekka. I'm sure I'm the only person who cares about this.

I agree with you 100%. I listen to both of those discs from time to time and enjoy them both. I think Bekka would have been a great choice not just cause her voice/vocals would have worked with those songs but there would have been some consistency with those non MAC albums.

To be fair to John, The Zoo’s album (which featured Bekka) and OOTC were released on the same day.

I haven't heard Mick's album, and I know your idea is based on the songs. But I can't help thinking that since he announced Bekka she was no longer in Fleetwood Mac BY FAX, I don't think she would have agreed to participate in any of his next works.

She worked with him when he re-released a solo version of These Strange Times a few years ago. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JYB5tBuw6wM

I didn't know that. Well, if now there are rumours of L&S together in some work again, anything is possible. I agree with forgiveness, but I always maintain a certain distance after granting it. As Don said, some things can be forgiven but not forgotten. Anyway, that's me.

They all get back with him, though. Bramlett, Burnette, and Mason have all worked and hung out with him since. Billy even had to get over being passed over for Neil Finn and still made an album with Mick on drums.
