I love old interviews that I have never heard before. Thanks for posting. Interesting that Lindsey said he preferred to do Peter Green songs than Bob Welch ones. He did not think he could sing like Bob. Interview was just as fame was creeping in.

I was so excited to get my hands on this. I was horrified when I heard Paper Doll and Make Me a Mask, but eventually came to appreciate them for what they are- PD being an unsalvageable song that even Lindsey couldn’t make into a decent song, and MMAM being a song that Lindsey clearly pulled from his trash can when Mick called him begging for something, anything he could put on the boxset.

I loved Love Shines and Heart of Stone, and feel sad we couldn’t get more of Christine with a producer like Patrick Leonard. I appreciated the pre-Buckingham Nicks songs, especially Sentimental Lady and Black Magic Woman, as well as the live version of Stand Back.
