I'm just constantly amazed at how inflexible she is onstage.... by which I mean, totally unable to freestyle, roll with the punches, let things be a little different from one night to the next. I get having a set list and having signature moves that you know people expect, but...it's like the Landslide moment.... why let that flummox you? Just roll with the hiccup and let it play out and then get back on track for the next one. I mean, the audience is WITH her, she's not some up-and-comer.... It's bad enough to have (and she's not the only performer) teleprompters with your own words on them, but next she's going to have those painted footsteps like in dance lessons so she knows where to step. She was committed contractually to this tour, and already had to postpone due to the shoulder injury, but it sure feels like she's back too soon, not healed, and slogging through which she thinks is admirable but honestly at her age may not be so smart.
