Not sure how I came across this but this is unbelievable. This clip is from 2013 in Germany. Stevie and Lindsey discuss how they were invited to join Fleetwood Mac. Stevie praises Lindsey of how he immediately would not join without his girlfriend. They both profess how much they loved each other. Stevie called Lindsey smoking hot. Stevie actually tells Lindsey THANK YOU in front of the audience. Lindsey then tell his side how it was automatic to take care of Stevie. Then Stevie reminded Lindsey that she did all his laundry and cooked for him. Each was telling how much they loved each other and took care of the other one. I never saw this before so I apologize if its been posted before. Its hard to believe what would happen in less than 5 years.

That speech reminded me of Lindsey at the end of Landslide in The Dance, when he points at Stevie and you can hear him say something but it's not audible, just before the "thank you Lindsey, thank you Stevie." What could he have said there?
And how many things have happened in all these years. Among other things, Mick thanking God for that reunion in 1997 and then his words after Lindsey was fired in 2018.

This was a really good tour. I know Stevie has appeared to express she did not enjoy any FM tour with Lindsey after ‘97 but she seemed happy at all of the 2013 shows I bought tickets to. I couldn’t believe Sisters of the Moon actually came back to the setlist for that tour. I wonder if Stevie wanted to bring it back. We know she wanted Without You in the setlist.

I'll never forget the interview Stevie did after the 2009 Fleetwood Mac tour that really changed my entire perspective with Stevie.
She mentioned in the interview that she complained to Lori during the 2009 tour that it was "benign" because Lindsey was essentially non-confrontational and there was zero drama. The tour was apparently, boring to her for that reason. We've all known and been around toxic people like that who are not happy unless they have drama to feed on. Once I knew that, everything else made sense and I was completely over it. All of the BS that happened between 2014-2018 makes so much more sense with that context. Christine's return and friendship with Lindsey was a molotov cocktail to Stevie's ego and her leverage within band politics.

Can someone find/post this interview? I don't disbelieve it but I was completely unaware of it until now.

She is like a jealous cat in the dark Christine's return and the band going on without her imploded her world. It was a contractually obligated tour and she still had to ruin everything. Her claws came out with an evil hiss. They knew what they were up against. They made sure the album was not called Fleetwood Mac. Chris even gave Bekka the warnings about not doing Stevie songs. They knew what they were up against but I dont think they thought she would go that far and rip apart a contractually obligated tour with those 5. Think again.

In any case, given all the contradictions she's fallen into, it's obvious that a considerable part of it has been her responsibility.
