Yeah...I was never a fan of the downsizing that happened with her band a while back.

She got me my first pro keyboard. She had an endorsement, and she got them at cost(half price). And she got a bunch of us backstage passes to Billy, in the early 90s.

She battled cancer a couple of years ago, and beat it, as far as I know. But yeah, she's a force of nature!

She's great. I think she was a Professor at IU as well because Billy would call her Professor.

She was in Springsteen 92-93 solo band and Bruce basically told her she needed to go out front like she had greater heights to reach than being in his band.

What's great about Billy is that he hands over the show to Crystal like Al says. Crystal's platform is center as well and she really pumps up the crowd. She is the show. Billy is very good but I don't think he could entertain a crowd solo for 2 hours like Elton did with his solo piano shows- so point is thank God for Crystal Taliefero.

I don't remember her having any status at IU, other than attending there like me.

I wonder if Stevie meets any one in Billy's band or if she just stays in her dressing room.

These shows with Billy seem to be heading towards every major city in The US.

Didn't Taku tour with Lindsey also? Maybe he got tainted with the "Lindsey's guy" label, like Neale and Brett..... Not sure that Lenny ever toured with LB tho...

He did do Soundstage and the Under The Skin Tour with LB but he toured with Fleetwood Mac from 2018-2019. Maybe it was a budget decision by Stevie to drop Taku and Lenny from her solo band.

Billy is playing the SkyDome in Toronto this year on his own.
