This just appeared in my Facebook. Looks like a backstage shot but there is no detail, cause the photo was posted just to comment Christine's height. The guy looks like someone from the tour staff.

And from the girls haircuts, could the photo be from the Tusk tour? The penguin at the badge is not the Mirage french penguin.

Avalon Attractions was an LA-based concert promoter. This guy is wearing an Avalon jacket. He must be staff. Maybe it’s Barry Fey, a promoter. Look through old issues of Billboard, which used to run full-page ads for Barry Fey concerts.
