Loving Cup
This is the Loving Cup appreciation thread. IMHO its one of his best solo songs yet I feel is over looked by many including him. When Lindsey released his "best of" collection several years ago THIS was not on it. Wrong was not on it either.
Loving Cup is awesome for several reasons. It has a great vibe It showcases his acoustic guitar talents It showcases his electric guitar riffs It showcases an amazing electric guitar solo It showcases his best lyrics, chorus, and hook I remember when Go Insane came out this was played to death on the local rock station. Its the perfect mix of pop/rock and that modern tech that Lindsey was fascinated with in the 1980s where I think many times he went too far. I will even say Loving Cup is better than any of his Tango contributions. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jIEZ7GEuXag
