Thrown Down in Minnesota

One of my favorite things about Minnesota is my favorite radio station KQRS. It plays the best classic rock songs and lots of Fleetwood Mac (including rare Mac/solo Stevie goodies like: Edge of Seventeen, Hold Me, Little Lies and yes, even FROZEN LOVE on their annual A-Z songlist). Well, I go to school in Mankato (which is about 1.5 hours outside of the Twin Cities) and KQ doesn't come in very well down here, except occasionally in the far corner of my apartment with a high-powered antenna. My good friend who lives in the Cities emailed me to announce that KQ is playing a past and present set of Fleetwood Mac with the new song being Thrown Down!!! What a wonderful thing to be thankful for this week Minnesota ledgies, be sure to call and request it! (651) 989-ROCK or 989-ROLL! On another note, my best friend finally figured out the correct lyrics to Thrown Down. She informed me the other day that she thought Stevie was singing "Thrown Down, onto a barracade," and said, "Wouldn't that hurt? Why would Stevie write about that?" LOL, I'm just happy she remembered the name of the song! (My friend has a short-term memory..I have to call and leave a message on her cell phone to remind her to call me) ROCK ON THROWN DOWN!

So, are they playing the wall of sound version on the radio? I wouldn't know since the Pittsburgh/Youngstown stations aren't playing it (at least I haven't heard it yet).
