Default Latest Singles

Was at a mall today and a local radio station was broadcasting live. Went up and requested Fleetwood Mac. The one DJ said they had played FM about 20 minutes before (SYW). So I said when you play them again play one of the latest singles. She told me that they have not been adde to the playlist yet

She said out of the 2 she liked SYHA better but really likes SYW alot. Has anyone heard either of these "new songs" on the radio yet?

Nope, but then again, down here I've heard SYW only once so far.

I havn't heard SYHA or Thrown Down on the radio at all yet, which pisses me off. I hear Say You will on a rare occasion, and never hear Peacekeeper any more. But, I was in a restaurant last night, and they had I Don't Want To Know on the radio. Ok, that's cool that they play some obscure songs, but can't they play some new stuff for once?

Yeah some of us were talking about this on another board. If you want to hear Fleetwood Mac just go into a supermarket, drugstore or even restaurant (I heard Monday Morning in Longhorn a few months ago) and you will most likely hear them or some solo stuff. However, don't even bother with the radio cause you are less likely to hear them there.

I haven't heard the two new singles being played and Peace Keeper and Say You will have also disappeared from the radio as if to say since they aren't touring here at the moment that there is no need to promote them for now.
I heard Say You Will over the loud speaker at the mall last month. I heard Trouble at Walgreens last week and I heard Sara at work a few days ago so the classics linger but the new stuff is MIA.
Radio programers don't give new stuff a chance unless it's bubble gum top 40 , which I will listen to but not in excess as we know it can be.

Speaking of obscure songs...I heard Hold Me in a restaurant today. I've never heard that one outside of my own house so I was kind of surprised. It was weird cuz I was talking about them to and then the song just came on. I'm afraid I got a little excited and did a happy-clap nutty-professor-ish thing.

Hehe. I guess that makes me a true fan.
