Default SYW Trivia

Pretty pointless thread, but I just noticed how there's a lot of verbs in the titles of the SYW songs.

Turn
Throw
Will
Keep
Come
Smile
Run
Steal
Bleed
Find
Rule
Say
Make

(It's fun to say them all in a row really fast. )

But it's interesting. If you hadn't heard the songs before, but were told that Stevie and Lindsey were going to write songs based on these verbs, it's interesting to compare what you might have imagined they'd do with that verb as inspiration, compared to what they ended up doing. For instance, if you were told Stevie was going to write a song about 'throw/throwing', is Thrown Down what you would have expected? Hell, most of us still don't know what exactly she means by 'Throw', so it was obscure usgae to say the least. No doubt 'Come' is the one least expected!
And if you hadn't heard the songs but had to identify the verbs with either Stevie or Lindsey, how would you apportion them?

OK, Jake's coherent post on Songwriting Styles has inspired me to give this one a point.

Imagine that you've never heard any of the SYW songs. Now make up new song titles from the verbs, based on someone else singing it. Maybe even Christine, or Bob Welch for that matter.

eg:
Throw --> Throw Me a Line (Christine)
Come --> Nighttime Comes (Stevie)
Smile --> Silver Smile (Bob)
