Not sure there's anything I can say to convince you all. I guess you'll believe me when the truth comes out. Two people confirmed the band's story to me. The first person is very high up in Lindsey's production/recording team while the second is high up in the management team. I didn't record the conversations.

I can't believe I am jumping into this fray, but didn't Lindsey's management team drop him...they were the same team representing the band, so if that is in fact the case, why don't the stories being told publicly jive in a cohesive manner? The band wouldn't have nearly been so uncomfortable in their 2 public interviews which you can access if in fact this story is factual.

I don't think it's confirmed that they dropped him. But it sure is interesting how a random person can claim that they suddenly got sources "high up" in Irving Azoff Management! Also in Lindsey's "production team" which is essentially just Libdsey himself with a mixer and the occasional other person here and there as his album credits show.

Huh? That makes no sense. The band likely looked uncomfortable because it's uncomfortable to talk about firing the creative leader of the band for the last 42 years.

I wasn't completely sure if they did or not--there were rumblings of it here I believe, but yes! As far as production--Lindsey really is a one man band.

They looked uncomfortable because they were lying. The 3 of them, because John doesn't speak, weren't even singing from the same hymnal. And they were sitting next to each other. The people who interviewed them on XM Sirius even said as much in their interview--separate from the CBS debacle --you can hear the outtakes from it.
