I posted a message in the Stevie forum on this and I will repeat it here. Even in 1998 the state and federal statutes for possession of child pornography were/are very harsh. I have never heard of a charge "suspicion of child pornography." Possession of child pornography (even one image) carries a very stiff penalty. Possession is like being pregnant...either you are or aren't in possession. This must have been a very weak case to offer probation in exchange for a no contest plea. There must be some state statute for "suspicion" to warrant the conviction. In any event, this is probably why Waddy was not on the Enchanted tour.
