I think all 3 writers were equally incredible White album through Tusk.

If I had to choose I would say Rumours is the most consistent for all 3, but I do love me some Tusk. The Rumours songs, while not as daring as the ones on Tusk, are as perfectly crafted as Pop Rock can possibly get.

Whilst Stevie's Tusk songs are her best overall, her vocals on Mirage are flawless.

That's very true. I love pretty much all the phases of her voice up until after Wild Heart but Bella Donna/Mirage MIGHT be my favorite. That or White Album.
