September marked the 30th anniversary, and despite rumours, there are no plans for it to be re-released in the next two months... so unfortunately, yet another milestone anniversary will be missed.

Let's just hope they release it before the 35th anniversary!

My thoughts exactly, Nancy! They are really sitting on a goldmine with this album. I swear, if they released it, it would go platinum in less than a month.

For as many of us that are salivating at the mere thought of 'Buckingham Nicks' on CD, I wouldn't be surprised if the sucker debuted in the higher reaches of the Billboard charts, when it's finally re-released.

I could have started a whole thread with this but I figured it wasn't fair to get anyone's hopes up

In the anals of self designed album covers and made up cds on Ebay, this is in a class all by itself!

I've bought some REALLY funky things off of that site. Great place to buy from and they have some *SUPER* rare stuff. They have stuff I never knew existed, so I'd recommend checking it out to everyone.

Awhile back I read that Rhino records would be releasing BuckinghamNicks on CD sometime in the next year (along with a slew of other albums by various artists that were never available on CD). However I just did a Google search and a search on rhino.com w/ no success. I thought I read it someplace that seemed "official", hmmm...

Also, in regards to Cours' "in the anals of self designed album covers..." ....I think it's "annals"...

Only the front of the cover.

I am sure that on the current tour Stevie is working on Lindsey to release BN on CD. I bet it's the next project....maybe even with a tour. (BN songs plus Stevie & Lindsey solo songs)
