It looks that way in Columbia, too. (If I'm reading the map right.) I've heard that they open up seats on the night of the show if people are looking for seats. Does anyone know if this is true? Thanks, y'all. You're such a godsend with all your knowledge.

Here in South Florida they also are not selling the upper tier of the arena. There are lots of VIP tickets still for sale too. That surprised me. On the Ticketmaster site, it looks like only a few thousand of tickets have been sold.
I wish Stevie would have played the Hard Rock casino in Hollywood FL like she did several years ago. The place is smaller than the venue she is playing now.

So the concerts aren't selling well?

I agree with this. I ordinarily go to the DC, Charlotte, or Philly show, which are my favorite venues, but because there are so few weekend nights, I have to travel to Columbia.

It's honestly hard to tell, at least for me. I'm trying to get seats for either LA or Vegas, and they have very few, if any, resale tix available in the middle section in the first five rows. I tried the Vegas presale for gold VIP tickets this morning just to see if anything would come up, and nothing was available. For Vegas, could be a lot of seats down front are being locked up for special guests of the hotel, etc., as it is this venue's first show. I will probably end up waiting for ticket drops for LA at the last minute. Kind of frustrating to be honest with you.

Over 15 years ago, I learned a lil trick from an esteemed fellow member here who dresses like Stevie at all her shows, yet really looks nothing like her since she is tall, very slim and dark haired. Yes, you know WHO you are!!

She told me the secret of her success in always getting the first three rows where I always saw her at Chicago concerts was waiting till the last minute on the last day of the show or day before the show when all the "throw back" tickets were "thrown back" from radio stations , promotional etc. I tried her method and it always works like a charm for me. I've never failed to get at least first three rows, sometimes 4th or 5th and for face value of the ticket.

Heck yeah I do that too! It always works for me as well. I refuse to buy concert tickets in advance for that reason because better seats will always show up later on. Only time I buy tickets in advance is if I pulled up front row -ha ha!!

I would like to do that, but it NEVER works for me. Sometimes what I do is look for odd numbered tickets on the scalper sites a few days before the tour. I've sold tickets this way and I've bought them this way. You have to buy two together, but the closer you get to the concert, the more single tickets appear and I swoop those up.

I've seen Stevie in concert on every single tour (both Mac and solo) since 1977 (including three times on the "Say You Will" Tour).

For the first time in nearly 40 years of "concert going", I've decided that I'm going for the cheap $49 balcony seats for the 24 KG Tour. $175 a piece to sit on the lower level just doesn't suit me right now. Especially considering that I'll be seeing Fleetwood Mac probably as early as next year. I'll get the top tier seats for that tour.

X2, when I saw her at the Philly Spectrum back in Sept 77, I can't think of a time after that when I didn't go to see her. BUT, I agree that paying >$175.00 to see her or the Mac for that matter is no longer palatable. I will do as I have for 15 years and wait till day of to get tickets. There's always some floating around on the day of the show.
