i WAS wondering since the band has lots of connections and friends in ny, i was thinking that maybe there wouldnt be alot of great tickets available at the last minute like at other venues. i also heard but not sure if it is true, that they might be donating some tickets to the city of ny because of 9/11 , it would be a nice gesture, but has anyone heard of any front rows being released,yet, its now the night before the show. any know ? please share any info .

I have been looking for section 2 or 3 since the presale and have not seen one pair of seats in those sections yet. Now I know that people got them, I just never saw any. I did see tix in sections 1 and 4 but only on a broker's site. We've been checking TM like crazy, especially the past 2 weeks, but have barely seen any at all on the floor. When I call TM, the selection is even worse. I'm getting pretty discouraged.

TM now says tickets are unavailable on their website, and the same when I called in - hope this is a temporary glitch!!!!

usually they stop listing tickets about 3.00 the day of the show. keep lookin ok good luck

I'm in Staten Island (the "forgotten borough" LOL), and I'm definitely still going. There are still seats left, so I'm going to take my chances. You are in Mass, right? What are you planning to do?

Eileen, I am also trying to get tickets for MSG. I hope that they go on sale again soon. I a getting desparate. Do you think that they will go on sale? I would try a broker, but I don't know if they will be able to send me tickets in time. YIKES! I am nervous. Perhap I should go out and buy from a scalper on the street?

I think TM will be back up again, can't imagine why they wouldn't be...there's got to be seats left. The seats I've been getting for days are the 2 digit level, in between the floor & the 100 level seating. The box office opens at 12:00 so if TM isn't back up by then I'm going to call & see what's available. The # is 212-465-6741.

Did we meet once at PNC during the enchanted tour?

yeah im from mass, and im going , i have a friend who lives in nyc, and he lucked out with great floor seats for us. but i was asking about rereleased ticks cause we know someone else who wants to attend but they do not want to travel 5 hours if they do not have a decent seat. meaning if its not on the front of the floor, he will not take it. i am pretty much the same way, i enjoy being up close, once you have been , every other seat in your mind stinks. if you dont mind sitting in the upper seats, i dont think you will have a problem getting in at all. me being 5 hours away if i didnt have a good ticket at the will call window waiting for me, i probably wouldnt make the trip. but if you are not too far away , it wont hurt to try, my best to all of you.

The band is allotted a certain number of the best tickets, and if they do not use them, those tickets go on sale at the box office. There have been many stories here on the Ledge about how someone went to the box office at the last minute, the day of the show, and got first row, etc. I myself have done this.

It may seem risky, but I personally believe this is a best bet. Just keep checking the box office after about 3PM, and go back every half hour. Sometimes you can get first row an hour before the show, if your nerves aren't frayed by then. Be persistent. Fervent prayers to the Fleetwood Mac gods and goddesses in conjunction with this technique comes in handy, too.

I got second row for the Fleet Center in Boston last week right at the box office around 6:30PM. WOW was I a bundle of nerves!!! But it all worked out great and I got to go up and touch Lindsey's guitar.

Well... you also have to keep in mind that the Mac has lots of connections in NYC and there are all of those bigwigs at the labels that will get these primo seats. Even though I live in NYC, I haven't bothered looking because these seats will probably not be released to the public. I could be wrong, I hope I'm wrong, but I'm probably right. ;-)

I've been so fortunate to have good to excellet seats every time I've seen FM, from 13th row center last year at the Meadowlands, to being right in the front at the Fleet Center last week at the end of the PBS taping.

So I'm just taking my chances, and if I get crummy seats, then I won't try this again for shows at MSG. If I strike oil, I'll be one happy camper tonight.

My husband and his dad, who is driving 6 hours for this show, are freaking out I'm doing this, btw! And I bought them seats, so what the heck are they worried about?!

My daughter, who will be sitting with me, has a right to be a little nervous.

Just wondering, those who have had last minute, wonderful seat success - were you able to buy more than one ticket? The only thing I'm nervous about is that I need a pair of tix, not just one.

I just spoke to TM on the phone, and MSG tix went off sale last night at 9:00 and are not expected to come back on TM today. It's box office only, folks, and from what TM says, they will only sell in person, not over the phone. Geez Louise, gonna be a stressful day!
