Has Stevie's songwriting gone downhill?

I don’t overlook them, or at least I like to think so myself. I have a significant amount of albums by Joni Mitchell, Carole King, Patti Smith, Rickie Lee Jones, Kate Bush, Bjork (if you can’t handle umlauts), etc. I enjoy them just as much as the cream of the male artists.

Just a side note, What ever happened to Kate? I have a bunch of her stuff, she seems to just have fallen off of the earth. Kinda sad. She is one I would like to see in concert soemtime (but since she won't/ralrely flies I doubt she will make it to the States anytime soon).

Just wondering if anyone knows.
