You see, over here in Europe you'd probably be proud to consider yourself an out and out socialist. But I understand there's some sort of stigma for that term in the USA. Yet, Skip, despite having what I consider to be (overall) left leaning values I get the impression you are a Republican. Is this the case for a lot of Americans?

I quote you.
Here apart from the question of the borders he could be even a Communist. But the term in America has another meaning than here.
More specifically if he's a believer until twenty years ago he could be defined a "democratic christian", the party that unified Christian values with democratic/socialist values.

This may sound cliche, but it's time for another revolution, or at least it will be very soon. The citizens need to physically remove all of the federal politicians and start from scratch. State politics are even corrupt now as well.

it's time to build a wall across the Mason - Dixon Line , let all the gun nuts . religious fanatics , tea baggers, etc move in .

They then can live life they way they seem fit and let the different groups fight over whose way is best , and who will lead and show it , reality tv style on television

Thanks for sharing.Mr Christie had high hopes that Mr Trump would pick him up for VP since he is right beside him at some of his rallies..I would be shocked if he picks Mr Rubio after all the name calling he did to him..I can see Mr Kasich,Mr Scott ,Mr Sessions,Mr Gingrich and Mrs Palin.Mr Trump probably has a position for Mr Christie for his cabinet and others listed.

Next .Who's on Mrs Clinton's short list for VP.

With all the election bickering going on everywhere in the media .I like to mention TERM LIMITS across the board .The people should look at that since the people in office for life and make a career out of it. Our mayor here in Wallyworld has been in office since Stevie's "Wildheart " album"1983" was released. He's OK but he has his moments.

The bridge gate thing problem with him probably did not help him. I'm still alittle confused with that issue with him. .Mr Trump pulled out of Atlantic City years ago when he saw the handwriting on the wall when the casinos were loosing people because of other states like here in Connecticut ,New York and other states allow casinos to operate.Of course Mr Christie was not Gov then and he probably would give Mr Trump a hand down there before he left.
