hi all,

Just got back from be away from home all week.

Not sure if this is the right place to post, but

I am getting emails from'Mick Fleetwood.com' regarding new offers even though i am banned !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Has anyone else had this ??

Lord Yes...hahaha...he wants to sell you things and so forth but, not let you participate in the chats. I wonder what he plans to do with all of us unhappy troublemakers who are club members IF he ever starts a chat at the fan club. He woud have some legal issues banning us from there but, holding our money...

YES. And I think its lame, heck just BAN me altogether than to send me soliciting for MONEY emails!!!

It's obvious that that is why the "Fan Club" chat hasn't been launched yet. He probably has no idea how to handle the inevitable.

Oh it's times like that which make me wish I had joined the club...just so I can see what might go down there :-)

There are plently of us who are more than willing to hook you up. Everything that is posted to that club, every pic, video, is taken from it. Not by me, but only because I don't know how..

So true. I am not a member yet I have every picture and every video. I also don't know how it is done but the stuff is easily shared

Speaking of petitions, I had heard that apparently Jackie had removed a link to the Penguin's FM DVD petition someone had posted over on Mick's board to help spread the word saying that "it's not that we don't want people to sign it but due to that site's copyright (etc.) I've removed the link as we can't copy from other sites (etc.)".

I do understand the copyright reasons if it really was for those reasons but this is:

1. The pot calling the kettle black (after the Penguin discography/SaraRhiannon stuff) if nothing else and...

2. If the whole idea of a petition is to "get the word out" about it and Marty even had spaces at the bottom of the FM DVD petition page so you could e mail it to some people then surely no one is going to complain about the linking of the Penguin FM DVD petition page soley due to copyright reasons.

Could it be due to that "they" would make no money/not "gain" anything from this product (should the rest of the signatures be gathered) and that the DVD petition is probably viewed by Mick's site admins (including JT) as "going against what the band wants to be released"?

I guess it's just those double standards in motion again.

OR could it be that the refusal to support the efforts of any other entity that does not practice censorship and put a stop to us exposing Micks board, the admins possibly, and the fan club? You know, they must really not like us much. Wonder why? hehehehehehehehe
