Happy Thanksgiving! (Even if I don't celebrate it)

I found at a local market some dehydrated cranberries that are quite a novelty here, I'd like to ask how you all use them to cook?

Put them in a green salad, pasta salad, in stuffing for the turkey, in cereal, granola or oatmeal......those are a few ideas.

Pasta salad in my house is a sin (except for summer picnics and for lunch-boxes.)
I already tried with oatmeal and muesli and I liked it but I was searching for something a bit more "studied" for christmas.
We have wild boar and roe deer meat, could a cranberry based sauce be a good complement?

I guess then I'll have to use our old pomegranate sauce recipe and the cranberries will be saved for another time...

Sounds like a good idea. Cranberry drink yes, cranberry to eat no.

Skip, I ate so much good food that I'm sure the next time I go to the
doctor he will say "stick out your tongue and say oink".

Have you been force-fed cranberries as a child? You seem traumatized...

Um, traumatized? Probably. But not about cranberries.
Though I've drank enough Cran-Grape juice to keep cranberry
farmers in business these last 10+ years.

Being traumatized is more about...
