The best Stevie/Mac youtube playlist - help needed

[Dodfather]

Hi guys,

I'm trying to compile a dvd of the best Stevie/Mac performance videos from youtube. I don't need any of the Mirage live dvd stuff, BTM, or the Tusk Doc. I'm trying not to duplicate many songs unless the performances are amazing and I'm a bit picky about sound and picture quality though, which can be an issue! If there's anything you think is essential please post it here and I will find it and download it, also if there are multiple copies of the same video on youttube, a tip on whatis the best quality one would be great.

You can fit LOADS on a dvd so guys, go nuts! This could be a great compilation, discussion thread too.

So far I have:

Gold Dust Woman, Gold and Braid, I Need To Know, Outside The Rain, Dreams, Stop Draggin My Heart Around, Sara, Leather and Lace, Edge Of Seventeen and Rhiannon (all from White Winged Dove/Bella Donna tour)

Destiny Rules - live from SYW your
Running Through The Garden - live from SYW tour
Garbo - Storytellers
After The Glitter Fades - Storytellers
Rose Garden/Sleeping Angel - Storytellers (I have the rest of the show on dvd)
Stop Draggin My Heart Around/I Need To Know - Gatorville 2006
Wear My Ring Around Your Neck - Divas Live
Fall From Grace (with Sheryl Crow) - Blockbuster Awards
If You Ever Did Believe - official video
Rhiannon - Rosebud
Big Love/Landslide - Stevie and Lindsey on Letterman
Say Goodbye - Stevie and Lindsey - Soundstage
Never Going Back Again - Stevie and Lindsey (Soundstage)
Stand Back - from Solid Gold
Enchanted EPK

In case anyone is worried about my copying of commercially available material, let me assure you all that I do own Lindsey's Soundstage dvd but that getting the clips from youtube is easier than copying them onto my computer and then moving them into my burning programme, musch easier to just do it all in one go with the long list of videos from the one source.

20 videos so far, and I'm sure I can find plenty more onto a dvd, or 2.... Suggestions welcome!!

I just wish there was a decent video of At Last from Stormy Weather, and a live performance of Thrown Down...oh well...

Beautiful Child - LIB

[Sanne2]

Gold Dust Woman- Japan '77
Beauty And The Beast - Landover '83
And I would replace Stand back with the SNL version (I've seen it on Youtube) and include Nightbird from Solid Gold.

Finally someone uploaded on youtube Stevie's official videos for I Can't Wait and Talk To Me that don't look like ****, I'll save them.

IMHO the best performances are always the amateur stuff and not professionally shot.
I love the wild Stevie days captured on film

So wild she messes up the second verse bad but its alright, its alright. Nothing is better than the 80's Stevie

But this one is professionally shot and shows Stevie in her wild love days on the summer of 1983 Wild Heart Tour. IMHO this is Stevie live at her best!

Red River Valley with Chris Isaak is pretty incredible

Possibly the most beautiful live performance I have ever watched,

Beauty and the Beast - Las Vegas 2005

Is this from one of the series of shows she did during that brief engagement at Caesar's Palace? If so, I was there too. (Just waaaaay back) Ughh, I wonder if it gets on her nerves to be trying to do a deep, dramatic performance like that and having random whoops and annoying comments being screamed out during the soft, delicate parts. I think it would bother me.

Wow, you are SO incredibly lucky! B&TB is one of her most beautiful songs imo and that performance is just so emotional and perfect. When she sings "my love lives in a world of false pleasure and PAAAIIIIIIN" I just start crying.

How was the audience reaction?

In the Youtube video I just hear a lot of annoying shouting, haha.

I don't know if it bothers her, but it bothers me when people make such noises during delicate ballads. I mean..really? Just shush and listen and enjoy and respect the artist.

Then again, apparently she wasn't TOO bothered because it's the best B&TB performance ever. Haha

Her Sisters of the Moon performance is one of the best performances by anyone I've ever seen.
