That's a hard question, I listen to tons of music and Stevie isn't the only artist in my playlist anymore for ages, but after some thinking it has been ages I listened to the complete Street Angel-album ...

Those songs aren't just it! With an exception of Blue Denim.

I don't listen to I Don't Care, I think it's pretty rubbish.

It also goes on for about 3 minutes to long, so I chopped the last half off and now it fades around 3:50 which is much more manageable (and I sped it a bit, it plods a bit).

It's improved the song, but I still don't listen much I think the song is crap!

Terrible song, made worse by the fact that she rocked out to it so hard in the instagram teaser. She doesn't even have good taste in her own songs.

And Stevie writing about world events was unheard of. I wish she would have sang it on the TimeSpace/Whole Lotta Trouble Tour.
Love is a Hard Game To Play is pretty good too.
I love Desert Angel. I think the arrangement and lyrics are fantastic...Yeah, her vocal is kinda zonked out but that song has such sense of slow menace. I is indeed a highlight from the otherwise lifeless Klonopin years. Can't agree with you however, on Love's A Hard Game to Play. I've always detested that song but then again I don't think she wrote any parts of it so there you go.

I sort of agree with you. Stevie could sing the phone book, and I'd listen. On occasion she goes astray, but I still go with her. Nothing she sings makes me turn away.

Most of Other Side Of The Mirror and Street Angel if I'm honest. I only really know Rooms on Fire, Whole Lotta Trouble, Long Way To Go, Doing The Best That I Can, Blue Denim and Greta from those albums...

Desert Angel and Love's A Hard Game To Play are also strange songs to me....

Yep basically that! I mean, sure there are things that she does that I think "wellllll, that wasn't great." But still, it's Stevie so I choose to look past it and love it anyway!!!

I think the whole album turned out pretty terribly. Most of the songs are actually quite good, but the rush job and lazy production ruin the whole experience. It's so badly produced and mastered - all the vocals sound distorted and the band sounds like it was recorded in a shed.

That is how I feel about Bella Donna.

Definitely. She should never work with Dave again.

I almost never listened to Street Angel and to an extent even The Other Side Of The Mirror because the extra synth sounds really don't belong with me.

I'm not a fan of most of the content on Street Angel, and im not a big fan of most of the things Dave Stewart produces (some stuff on 24KG, IYD and especially Chepaer than Free)
