The view is fab - I was right in front of Mr B, about 15 rows back - he even pointed at me as I was rocking out to 'Not That Funny'... I'm quite tall, which does help at gigs, but it's a great area generally.

I had a surprisingly positive experience with this. I had no luck on wednesday with 02 priority so yesterday I tried with Live Nation pre-sale (which basically is done through Ticketmaster).

I wasn't expecting to get anything and at precisely 9am when tickets became available my computer started playing up. As you can probably imagine my language was rather colourful. After about ten minutes everything freed up and naturally I assumed my computer was playing up because of the demand for the tickets.

At about 9:20am I though "sod it, I'll just try it now". I genuinely wasn't expecting a positive result and was only doing it so I could say I'd at least tried.

No one was as stunned as me when I was successful and bought two tickets. Cheap ones too. Still can't quite believe it now.

In 2013 I had absolutely no luck with getting tickets for the two dates announced, but luck would have it I checked back later and an extra date had been announced. That was how I was able to get in then. So I suggest anyone who missed out watches the websites. I reckon at the very least two extra dates will be announced, and that's always anyone's best chance at getting tickets.

I was just lucky. Don't give up people!

That sounds great! I'm in row 1 and I'm also quite tall, so I'll try not to block anyone's view!

As long as I can see the screen and hear it OK from where I am I don't care. I'm just happy to be there!

I hope you don't get caught in the middle of a bun fight like I did. A few people stood up for the whole show and got shouted down by the bloke behind them. It was good fun to watch!

When I saw them in 2013 I was up in the nosebleeds. Quite a few people left their seats and went and stood on the stairs. Some of them were very attractive females. It was hot in there and they were dancing and removing more clothes the hotter they got. By the end of the concert let's just say... not much was left to the imagination.

Frankly, I couldn't quite believe what I was seeing. But I didn't complain.

My pleasure! It can be a stressful business... Frankly it was easier to get Kate Bush tickets!

They have only released about half of the seats. And selling the nosebleeds seats first.

Predictable.

Everyone ran to the front last year. That was the first night though.

Tried this morning again for Manchester tickets but after about 20 mins there was only a seat in the Gods or one in the lower tier for £137.50 which I wasn't willing to pay.

With them adding dates in Glasgow, Birmingham and London am hoping they might add another in Manchester but will probably face the same struggle.

I'd only pay £137+ for decent floor seats.

Glad others had better luck

There's still some pretty big gaps in the touring schedule. I'd be surprised if more weren't announced!

My last post didn't show for some reason?? Apologies if it pops up again after this.

I reckon Dublin will get more dates and probably London.

The north of England seems to be getting neglected a bit with only the dates in Leeds and Manchester, and why nothing over in Belfast? I suppose it's hard to schedule these tours though to be fair.
