During Christine's 1984 solo tour there was a horrible tragedy at a New Jersey theme park she played about a week prior. Several teenagers were trapped in a burning down fun house and died. It really was emotional when Christine dedicated Songbird to them. So I get their surprise and disappointment. In defense of the Mac, they are on tour and not aware of too many world events. But I thought they would have said something.

Stevie did dedicate Landslide to the city of Ottawa.

That's good to hear. Thanks for sharing. I was reading an Ottawa paper online and it was full of comments that she did not dedicate Landslide to the horrible tragedy and no mention of it at all.
But if she did dedicate Landslide to the city. That is awesome!
