I'm 95% sure it's Stevie's manager, Sheryl Louis' dog. His name is Rodney and I've seen/met him at several Stevie events. He is always being held by somebody, although they did let him run around Barnes and Noble a little bit before the dvd signing last year.

I know selfies are really "in" right now, but this project just seems kinda vain to me. I see Dave Stewart's influence all over this. I know many fans love him. He creeps me out.

I would have preferred she took a bunch of her own paintings and displayed those. I imagine it is very hard for Stevie to let go of them, but her fans would love to have her artwork hanging in their homes.

The other thing is she keeps putting off so many projects, like the Rhiannon movie...it surprises me that after all her comments about facing her own mortality after her mother died suddenly that she wouldn't be more receptive to getting many these projects that she has been talking about for 30 years rolling knowing she could drop at any time.
Dave is Creative /British and from what I have heard from people who know him he is fun and charming , He obviously has Stevie doing thing she have been doing decades ago .

I love the Polaroids they capture so much from happiness to loneliness . they were done as an outlet of creativity not for a minute of attention on social media

she should talk to Paul Stanley he sell his art and rakes in millions

she has always putting off / talking about projects maybe with Dave cajoling her something might get done he certainly has done more in the last few year ,getting her to express herself outside of recording /

I agree, he has gotten her to come out of her shell, and I know she feels "safe" with him... Meaning he doesn't bully her into making decisions about her music or her art...so if she is happy, maybe she will be willing to do more of the projects she has been putting off for decades.

Stevie hasn't stopped working since her mother passed away. She no doubt is aware of her own mortality, but from my perspective, she's taking advantage of every moment. And loving it while doing it.

And agreed, Dave no doubt was very involved in orchestrating this gallery show. And thank God he was! What a treat for these amazing pics to see the light of day. No complaints here!

no way is he going to rock up when he ain't in any of the portraits

but still, support your team mates ya know?
would have been way worse if John was there too and not Lindsey

but i agree with the aforementioned comments
they don't give a sh!t so why pretend they do

6 Ahead-of-Their-Time Stevie Nicks Selfies

10/10/2014 AT 10:00 AM EDT

Not only was Stevie Nicks light years ahead of her time promoting the whole ethereal gypsy witch aesthetic (you're welcome, American Horror Story: Coven), but she was doing selfies before they were cool. (To be fair, though, Ringo Starr has her beat.)

That habit is the source of inspiration for the new photographic exhibit "24 Karat Gold," at New York's Morrison Hotel Gallery. (Prints are also available through the gallery's website and its Los Angeles location at the Sunset Marquis Hotel.)

In Nicks's own words: "I wanted to learn how to become a photographer and since I don't sleep at night, I started thinking, who am I going to ask to stay up all night and then do a show the next night?"

"I had a long cord that plugged into the Polaroid, and I put it on a tripod. I would sit with the button in my hand so that I could be completely dressed in a long white gown with red lipstick and big hair … I usually had to take about 12 shots until I got it just right. Lots of times I'd run out of film and I would send people out to buy me film in the middle of the night. I was doing this forever and I didn't stop until Polaroids were almost impossible to use because they all eventually broke down and we couldn't find film anywhere."

Nicks, who adds that she "didn't even get a digital camera until 2002," says she doesn't consider the series "selfies" (sorry, Stevie). She says she uncovered the shots while looking back on songs from years ago for her new album.

Eurythmics guitarist Dave Stewart (who produced Nicks's new album) curated the exhibit. "When Stevie was showing me some Polaroids she had in a shoe box about a year ago I couldn't help but notice the amount of care and attention to detail she had taken in taking these photos … [The exhibition] is an intimate look – a frozen moment in time through the eyes of the artist herself – during a period when she was as successful as any rock star could ever be and at the same time as vulnerable and lonely as every artist can be when it's 4 a.m."

Nicks's new album, 24 Karat Gold, was released Oct. 7. Fleetwood Mac is currently on a tour that reunites them with departed vocalist Christine McVie for the first time in years.

Thank you for sharing the pics from the show and news clips! Good for Stevie! Sure, it all seems like a Dave idea, but she went for it.

About Lindsey and John not being there-- I don't think it's a slight on Stevie at all. Give them both a break! Just 4 reasons among a hundred: #1 probably not their thing, and certainly not a priority. #2 they both have family and in this age of skype, face time, etc and children "getting older too," they might prefer to be interacting with their family. There's pics of Mick with his children on stage. Not clear if John or Lindsey have been able to be with their family. #3 It's smart to take a break and just rest when you get the opportunity if you need to. Many tour dates ahead. John is smart to rest if he needs it. Lindsey too, as the most active member of the band on the stage! #4 It's New York City-- they may spend their free time in ways that we don't have any clue about (shopping by day, taking in sights) and going back out into a social artsy situation in the evening with cameras isn't something I would want to do either!

I think it's wonderful that Christine and Mick did come out for Stevie--it certainly adds to the event. They sure look like rock star royalty, pulling it off with Mick's scarves.

I posted in the LB forum that he was at a studio the (early) evening of this event. Don't know context - others asked on Twitter - but a sound mixer posted a photo with LB and mentioned recording.

I admire how active they all are - that early Today show call would have wiped me out.

Oh, I hope he was there doing something that I'll get to hear.

while I don't totally disagree with these quotes, I"ll add just one word: cocaine.
