Please do consider asking about Hold Me and Richard Dashut's blog!

Dear Mick, how much of the show is pre-recorded? Why doesn't Stevie do meet and greets? Why are Stevie and Lindsey playing almost the exact same songs from the tour last year? Why are you so bad at managing your money? All would be fun...lol No, Mick seems like a genuinely nice guy.

Mick, would you and the band ever play small venues? And perhaps do an HBO concert? I'd rather seen FM on there than Beyonce and Jay-Z's extravagant video filled with some songs concert.

I know some of you guys are being funny and cute. But a meet and greet is not about pushing fan agendas or making requests. All you are going to do is create an uncomfortable atmosphere and get the nice answers as...thank you, great idea, etc.

Its a hello, take a photo, thanks for coming moment. Mick has played for over a half a century and met millions of fans. To pester him with Why why why questions is being borderline rude IMHO.
Stevie does not need to do meet and greets. Many performers think that is so tacky to charge money to meet you. Just enjoy the experience without being pushy. All the band members meet lots of fans backstage all the time with no fee involved.

When I met him in 2009 it was just me and a friend and I told him that people really wanted 7W and SOTM in the set and he mentioned that they were looking at doing spring dates in 2010 that is if people were not sick of them by then he added and he said that they would likely change the setlist then. Of course we know that never happened. I also told him that Bob Welch should be in the Hall of fame and he said he agreed and told me a story of how he got a letter in the mail asking him to vote on the nominees for the RRHOF (Not sure of the year) and his wife got on the bull horn because everyone in FM who were inducted had gotten their official certificate or something but at the time he hadn't recieved his. Needless to say he now has it.

well the sad fact is it isn't just the 5 band members who sit down and hash all this stuff out like the set lists and venues and etc etc. They are all to one degree or another surrounded by a bunch of voices yapping in their ears (managers, lawyers, accountants, hairdressers, spouses, friends, etc etc etc) telling them what they should do. So even if Mick heard a great new idea from a fan (doubtful; they hear the same stuff over and over--not a slam on Ledgies, just how it goes) and he took that great idea to the band, and even if the band loved it, someone's manager somewhere or PR agent or whomever will say "oh no you can't do that that isn't a big enough venue for a star like you" or "you can't agree to that you'll be giving up your extra share of the pie and then that will set a precedent for the next album/tour/whatever and you won't get as big a cut on that" and on and on and on. They and we are lucky they can agree enough to get out on the road at all… and fingers crossed maybe get an album out. Expressing a hope for an album I think is totally legit.Just don't start telling him how they should produce it LOL

^^^ That's very well thought out and makes a lot of sense. So all of those other people are mostly Stevie's entourage. Wonder if Lindsey needs to make an appointment to meet with her? lol If I did the meet and greet, I might have to joke with Mick and tell him that Pharrell is a huge fan. Mick's face: $$

If anyone does the meet and greet, ask about Hold Me.

I guess the only other tour, other than Mirage, they could have played this on was The Dance, it's the last one all five were together.

I have meet and greet in Anaheim. I will tell him that his band rocks. And thank him for keeping them together and producing wonderful music. I am not going to be critical of set list. I think they did a great job picking the songs that allow them to sing as a band. It was awesome. I'd love Hold Me but I also love Over My Head.

Lol just ask why they haven't played it live since 1982. I would like this mystery to be solved.

Pretty sure you answered this yourself in your own last post...

We get it - you really really really want Hold me (you started the thread with this request). If someone decides to ask I would assume they will post it or PM you at this point but Fleetwood Mac has not changed a set list from a fan request since ever so I would say it's unlikely unless a new leg to the tour is added.

Hold Me

Brown Eyes

Sara

Blue Letter

Stand Back
I can absolutely do without Stand Back but oh my good gosh I would give annnything to hear Brown Eyes! That's my very favorite Christine song!!! Blue Letter is another fave and others mentioned Monday Morning- that song just makes me soooo darn happy. And would love Sara.... *sigh*
