Purchasing deluxe cd or bundle in the UK

[porkpie]

I've been trying to order either the deluxe cd and photo book or the bundle but didn't want the hassles with Warners - does anyone know how I can order these in the UK?

If you use paypal you won't have hassles.

The bundles are only available through Warners. I paid with paypal.

I've tried in the store and it's sold out and apparently it won't be back in stock (I emailed them). Does anyone have a deluxe book/cd they want to sell or point me in the right direction

I would think Amazon will at least have the deluxe CD eventually.
