I got THE DANCE!

Yesterday I was really bummed cuz one of my friends left for college. My mom knew it...and to try and cheer me up she bought me The Dance DVD

Wow...it definately helped cheer me up. It was sooo good. I loved Silver Springs and Landslide. I loved Bleed To Love Her and all of Lindsey's stuff. Especially I'm So Afraid. Holy crap that was good! Tusk was so awesome too with the marching band. I loved how Lindsey and Stevie sang to each other.

What are your favorite parts of the DVD?

I love the rawness of "Gold Dust Woman" on The Dance.....should have gone on the CD in place of "Sweet Girl"!

My favorite parts are Silver Springs (without a doubt-- it still makes me go crazy) and I looooorve that version of Big Love because it was the first time I had heard that song performed acoustically-- I was completely blown away.

i loved rhiannon...stevies newly composed opening to it..ie the first 1 min....i almost wept wen i heard it "and rhiannon..dont go...rhiannon..stay." the epitome of beauty.

i also love landslide and big love....lindsey was very nice there..coming from a male! lol

and also i loved the opening the chain..i cant wait til december wen im in the 20,000 capacity men arena, man uk

No! I love Sweet Girl, it rocks! They should have put GDW in the place of the God Awful "My Little Demon"! Now that is a bad song... I agree that GDW is great on the Dance though. You can only get this version on an Import CD on Amazon.com

My favotie parts from The Dance would be the new version of "Say You Love me". I love how they are all there singing in the front and everyone is looking at each other.

I also love Silver Springs, of course! It is powerful.

I really love I'm So Afraid and I can't get enough of Stevie's backup vocals on this song. Also, try and hear Stevie's backup vocals on Everywhere. They are incredible once you recognize them.

Songbird is wonderful at the end of the concert. I love it! It is one of my favorites. Also, Temporary One by Christine is amazing.

I LOVE The Dance movie! My favorite parts are

Tusk (One of the best versions IMO)

Go Your Own Way (It really rocks!)

Gold Dust Woman (Not only because I love the song anyways, but because of that wail at the end lol!)

Big Love (Better than the album version)

Rhiannon (Tho it's not my favorite version)

For some reason, Silver Springs never did anything for me (go ahead, flame away!) I think I may have to go watch the DVD again for the 100,000,000 time!

Persoannly all of the songs are good in their own little way. I would have liked them to include evverything on the CD. Why didn't they just make a double CD with the set list split in half on the CD'S. The whole concert just rocked and to choose which ones would have had to go is too hard.

PS My fav moment is Silver Springs. It always gets me everytime.

What a rockin show. I love this DVD. My favorite song is THE CHAIN. I also love I'm So Afraid, Big Love, Silver Springs and Go Your Own Way. Lindsey's guitar work is incredible. I love it. Congratulations on a very wise purchase.

Silver Springs-- the bow at the microphone in the darkness. Like she's showing us how emotionally drained she is. Lovely.

I love how Stevie speaks with a little bit of a twang on this.
