Same! After some people here said their pre-orders were canceled, I've been worried about mine. The pending charge isn't on my account anymore, but I didn't get any sort of email telling me it was canceled. Should I be concerned, or am I panicking over nothing?

Yeah, my pending charge disappeared, too. And I did not get a download email.....

Yeah. It's already past 10pm and still no email from Warners in regards to the "free" download of "Lady". Perhaps they are waiting until tomorrow? New releases are usually on a Tuesday...even though my "confirmation email" promises 8/25.

The pending charge disappearing is a function of the credit card company, not WB. They only let a charge stay pending for a limited period of time.

when I went into iTunes it was in my library already (even though I preordered through WB)

Um...ok, that's a little bit creepy, unless I'm misunderstanding.

For what it's worth, the files that Warner has for download are higher bitrate than iTunes, and also come with cover art.

Hmmm. I went into my WB account and there's nothing there. On the upside, my pre order is still there, so at least I know that hasn't been randomly canceled like some have reported.

Click My Account at the top after logging in, then on the left-side menu, go to My Downloadable Products. You should see download links for each single and the whole album if you ordered the bundles. Each link is good for three downloads. If you ordered both bundles, you'll have two sets of links.

Yeah, that's where I went, but it says:

"You have not purchased any downloadable products yet.

But then when I look at "my order," both the photo/litho and the vinyl are there. So I have no idea what's going on.
