Nope. That *for certain* is an old RAL era photo. You can tell by her gaunt appearance and the dark RAL tour eye makeup.

All of these photos are likely to be in the photobook CD, and are most likely Stevie's own Polaroid selfies.

Yes, but why would they? Why would Stevie get dressed up in old outfits, and old hairstyles, and old makeup styles, and have a photoshoot, and then have the photos edited to make herself look younger when it would be far simpler - and free - to just use old photos? Especially when a 40 page book of those very same old photos is coming with the deluxe version of the CD, and the old Polaroids are mentioned in virtually every promo blurb for the album?

It just doesn't make sense to spend the money recreating vintage photos when using actual vintage photos is an option.

I promise you, it's not. And it I am proven wrong, I'll video myself printing this page, eating it, and will post the video here.

I'm sorry, but there's honestly nothing about that photo (or any of the others) that looks "new", everything screams Rock A Little. My guess is that all the photos that are used for promo will be featured in the photobook and are from her own personal archives (the so called "selfies") and probably Herbert Worthington's archive.

Those photos don't look that hard to recreate. Judging from the cover she had very good graphic designers. Why would she because it's brand new album.

And another promo/single cover that popped up today:

All pics they used so far are from '84-'85.
I think it is indeed the same coat she's wearing...

Stevie may look great for her age, but there is just no way the photos on the album cover or the single are any younger than the 80s. She looks great in those picture because they were taken 30 years ago, not because of photoshop or lighting.

Exactly, it's like Crystal Visions where she used old photos and lets not forget the photo for the IYD doc cover was from a litho that came with the Soundstage dvd in 2009. She's not doing a new photoshoot when it's not necessary and I think she won't do one to promote 24K, and why should she, there are plenty of fabulous old pics to use.

I think the photos are old ones, Stevie is a beautiful woman who has aged well. But her mouth is different these days. Like most 65+ she no longer has that pout. And if she has the original pics why bother.

I can't believe there are fans who think these are current photos W.E. Anyway I think it's hilarious that Stevie was way ahead of the general public by like 30 years when it came to the whole "selfie" thing she was into in the 80's. At that time, I don't remember anyone taking any pics of themselves, nevermind multiple..period...does anyone else? I don't know if that's a good thing our kind of sad given our current self-absorbed culture.

I am solo happy with the cover. It's gorgeous and creative and I love the type. It really stands out.
