The Dealer now available for download in the U.S. on iTunes, and the album (regular and deluxe) are available for pre-order on iTunes, too.

I HATED the demo of "Secret Love" for decades, but her version on IYD is incredible and now it's one of my favorite songs!

Don't dismiss the project yet. Give it at least one or two good "listens".
What he said!

Stevie very clearly purposefully omitted the Rhiannon songs from this album, no doubt for a later project of some sort. And given her recommitment to recording, I am confident that those songs (and others), will see the light of day.

You are an

Now to wait for Amazon (?) for the vinyl pre-order. Does anyone have any idea whether this photo book is digital with the deluxe itunes copy, or comes with the cd only? I don't want to buy digital if it comes with the cd.

Yep. And it sounds great. She sounds older, but it's still rock solid.

Is there any kind of advantage for pre-ordering a digital download? It's not like they're going to run out.

I just want to be clear that I'm not complaining about the track-listing, just making observations, when I comment on the likes of "Mabel Normand" and perhaps something like "Hard Advice" (the title doesn't bode well). To be honest, I'm truly pleased about certain inclusions ("All The Beautiful Worlds", "She Loves Him Still", "Blue Water") and omissions ("Space Needle", "Joan Of Arc"). I wanted the "Rhiannon" songs and "Julia" to be included, but the track I would have staked my life on being present is "Sanctuary". I'm truly shocked she didn't record this one. She may be saving this for the Mac, but it just reeks of vintage Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers so I would have thought this would be a solo recording.

Ditto.
There's no reason to buy it twice. Hopefully we get some clarification tomorrow.

well I for one am hoping this means the Rhiannon songs will be used for something amazing. I still think they would make a great basis for a show on Broadway (I mean, compared to a lot of the other stuff that's been made into shows)… or some sort of film … maybe the ballet Stevie always talked about.

I'd love to think Joan of Arc would finally get done by Fleetwood Mac, but… who knows. Not sure what the story is with Julia, but Have No Heart surely is better than some of what made it-- and I'm thinking of you, Mabel Normand.

I have to think though that the Rhiannon songs are destined for something more. It could well be too that her present voice just doesn't do them the same justice.

I bought the single just because I wanted it now, but I was so excited earlier that I decided to stay up and pre-order at midnight, despite having to be up for the gym and work at 5 a.m.... eek. But I'm not going to miss anything if I pre-order tomorrow morning, right? I mean, really, it's not going to sell out in the first six hours hahaha

Just bought The Dealer from iTunes.

Love it! Sounds great….Yes, Stevie is older and her voice is different, but it's still a strong, solid performance. Will it burn up the charts? No. Am I glad to have it? Yes!

So much wasted space on this album

But how do we know this yet? Many fan favorites are on this album, along with some songs that surprised us, and some songs that we (maybe) haven't heard. For me, that's far more exciting than getting an album filled with expected songs.

Welp, nearly 11:30 EST/8:30 PST time and there's still nothing on the official Instagram, and 24KG is now available on iTunes to pre-order. *shakes head* "Late to your own party" is right...

Not that I can tell with this one. Sometimes they'll give you an un-named bonus track or something only with the pre-order, but that doesn't seem to be the case here.

I think we'll get them at some point. I agree, it seems like she chose to leave them off, which means she probably still has some sort of plan for them.

I felt that way about Julia. I was absolutely sure that would be on this record.
