Guessing about the preview clips

What song do you think the first preview will be?

I'm betting on a longer sample of one of the clips we got from Dave Stewart, or of the first single (or both, if one of those songs turns out to be the single).

We could keep this going even if we get the tracklist...

If The Dealer is the lead single as some have suggested, that could be a great way to market it. Release the clip of it today and then the single when the preorder becomes available (presumably around midnight). Maybe it'll even chart.

On the iTunes Rock Charts it will (my guess) go to the top 20

It is not uncommon for the first track (FM77 has said The Dealer is the opening track) to be a single (Rooms on Fire, Secret Love, Blue Denim, I Can't Wait)

Right, I wasn't talking about album sequencing though (you're entirely right about the sequencing). I was suggesting that today's preview clip could also be the single.

This song is my number one request and the ONLY demo(besides Mistaken Love) I want to sound as close as the version we know as possible. Ann Marie Calhoun's violin would be a nice added touch. It may sound corny but I'd even be happy if Stevie and Dave recorded the sounds of the ocean and incorporated it into the song.

The harmonies and vocal performance on this song are absolutely stunning. If they did record this song, I really hope they kept some of the choral feel to it.
