And you can also see the Wikipedia revisions if you click on edit. The information is listed two different ways with conflicting dates and how the information was made available. So this now leads me to believe that the track listing is probably incorrect.

This has got me thnking about the tapes that Ledgies didn't get from those 2011 auctions - the work tapes that had She Loves Him Still, Tied Up In Promises, Jimmy Come Back, and so much more.

I know right? SpyNote would you mind elaborating on this a little more? It's widely believed that the cassettes originated from the old Rumbo Recorders which is now a banquet hall. If I recall correctly that same seller had cassettes from a bunch of other artists as well. I thought the master reels came from the auctioning off of a storage unit belonging to Modern Records?
I don't think it would be entirely off base for Stevie to name a song Priest of Nothing. Maybe she liked the title? Maybe that was the title? We all know how magical Dave is at arranging and producing Stevie's work. I'm not a fan of the demo but there is always the possibility that the finished product is quite different. I was never a fan of the Secret Love demo for instance. Never did I think she would pick that one to record. But she did and I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome.
Anyway my curiosity is piqued. This is an exciting time for us. But I don't think we should bog it down with other stuff. I don't think it's important where the demos et cetera came from, just that we got the privilege of hearing them. We went through a long dry spell with Stevie. I'm not about to look a gift horse in the mouth.

I know. You'd think if they were on master reels they would have surfaced by now.

I'm super excited for that. I can see her, Waddy and Dave rocking the f*ck out of that.

[QUOTE=BlueLight;1134594]On a slightly related note, Dave has updated his website, indicating that Stevie's album is "coming soon."

In that case shouldn't we be getting a single anytime now?Secret Love showed up as a promo single a few months before IYD did.

Well we got the album title and release date for "In Your Dreams" on 1/13/11 ~ about 3 & 1/2 months from release date. They released the first single, "Secret Love" sometime in January of that year as well, right? Or was it the next month?

Regardless, you'd think if their plan is an October release date, then we'd have something by now...a single, a confirmed release date AND A CONFIRMED TRACK LIST, etc. If they choose to release it in November, then we should get something by early August, hopefully. Three months (or three and a half months) seems to be Warner Bros. track record between the first official press release and the release date.

Of course, since things are being done differently this time around (the quick recording, mixing, mastering, art work, etc) then Warners could put out the press release ANYTIME before release date. We might not hear anything "official" until a month (or a couple of weeks) before it's released.

^Both October & November have been mentioned. My guess is early/mid November since there are still some loose ends in regards to the timeline of events.

another tracklisting is on wiki!

On July 18, 2014, Warner/Reprise records confirmed the official tracklisting for her upcoming solo release however did not release the title. Also released was information that Lindsey Buckingham is playing guitar and singing backup on Water Witch (which was revealed in October in an interview with Ryan Murphy "She’s not a witch, but she has an attraction to those mystical creatures because they’re fun to write about. So she gave me the rights to her music and she and Lindsay Buckingham are working on a special sort of redo of a song that was written about a witch." Christine McVie sings backup and plays piano on Blue Water and Plays keyboards on Julia, and 24 Karat Gold.

All tracks written by Stevie Nicks execpt where noted
1. 24 Karat Gold
2. Julia
3. The Dealer
4. Space Needle
5. Something Exquisite
6. If You Were My Love
7. All The Beautiful Worlds
8. See The World Go By
9. Sanctuary
10. Joan Of Arc
11. Blue Water (Nicks, Celani)
12. Starshine
13. One More Tomorrow (Nicks, Stewart, Munday)
14. Water Witch
15. At The Fair
16. She Still Loves Him

Real or fake? This one seems more real but I can't tell!

I think that thing about the Lindsey playing guitar on a witch song is true but Water Witch?

Just googled it and it's a song from the Rhiannon film project in 1978

See the world go by (i'm pretty sure) is a stevie demo circa 1972

Now see, this track-listing I'd be ecstatic over. Seven of my ten "wishlist" songs are there, including my top three.

Of course, that basically means now that the other track-list is the real one. lol

[* My wishlist, for the record:
  1. Julia
  2. If You Were My Love
  3. She Still Loves Him
  4. Something Exquisite
  5. All The Beautiful Worlds
  6. Forest Of The Black Roses
  7. Space Needle
  8. The Dealer
  9. Belle Fleur
  10. Dial The Number]

Yeah, I agree. But it would definitely be my luck for the 1st one to be the real one, since it's the second one I'd be most excited for. lol
