Stevie Nicks, Just Following Her Muse [NY Times]

I know it shouldn't, but it has always bothered me that Stevie has spent her whole life defining her acting career based on some embarrassing moment in the 4th grade. The same thing about always mentioning that one show in early 1977 when FM performed new songs and the audience turned away in horror. That's her standard excuse for not performing new songs in concert today.
Besides having cocaine use in common with Ann and Nancy Wilson, the Wilson sisters have always annoyed me with relaying that one moment in 1976 when a man asked them if the two of them were lovers. Like Stevie, they still bring that up today as if it were the defining moments in their careers.
