What do we call a Stevie Nicks fan?

[MoonSister75]

I like the variety.... chiffs/chiffonheads, gypsies (that remain), (street/wise) angels, moonsisters/brothers (of course)

I mean, she's Stevie Nicks!.... she needs a variety of names for her army of fans

obsessive?

[Phoenixgypsy]

Patient! You gotta be patient to be a FM/SN fan...!

[MikeInNV]

Jana Anderson just posted on Facebook that some of Stevie's tour crew used to call the back-up singers the Nixie Chicks.

I like to refer to myself as a "fan". What happened to that? Remember when that was a thing? Good times.

But yes, I'm pretty familiar with the "chiffonhead" term. Although in my head I always pronounce it "chif-un-head", which is obviously wrong. But the syllables work better, I think.

My good friend Anthony refers to our little group as Shawl Shankers.

I do believe it was Chili D who invented the term Chiffonhead.

I'm definitely going to refer to Petty fans as Pettyphiles from now on.

I do believe Elle made up the name Chiffs. This is the term I use since I first saw her type it. Though on FB the ladies refer to me as their Brother of the Moon.

WAIT! I got it! We're her beautiful children!

Well, ever since I read her inscription on the back of The Wild Heart record, I always thought it was a shoutout to her fans.

"This music is dedicated to Robin - for her brave, wild heart. And to the gypsies - that remain."

The women fans should be called the 'Bella Donna's'!!!

[singertobe]
