Comically frustrating read. I also like that a fan website is their main source of information. Murrow turning over in his grave...

My hope is that they get Stevie's voice sounding at least as good as it did on IYD. Don't record her sounding like she just smoked 20 packs of cigs please. IT can be done.

I want some pop tunes by Llndsey, but also some experimental a la the guitar work on Brother and Sister. Not a fave of people around here, but I think the guitar stuff is brilliant. Listen on headphones.

Chris and Lindsey need to collaborate A LOT like they did on Tango. Especially some of the B side tracks. I loved them.

Oh and count me in on one of the few who really like "One more Night".

This quote finally proves to me there is no such thing as a bad song by Fleetwood Mac. I think this song sucks and you love it. I think Silver Hurl sucks and there are countless fans who like it. Every song we write about, one person will rave and another will puke. Hopefully the only thing we will agree on is that Katy Perry sucks.

The cynic in me wonders whether 'recording' really means an album or just a couple of new tracks for yet another compilation. I hope for the former though.

I just can't fathom how they could repackage their back catalogue yet again. Unless they do a new box set since the old one has been OOP for so long. God, I hope that doesn't happen.

I think everything will depend on how they work together in the studio. They're probably not sure yet what course collaboration will take. It's possible we'll get a full album but it's just as possible we'll get a few tracks packaged as a digital EP.

I really doubt we will get another EP. That was something that was a quick release to put out adding Stevie to some already recorded music.

I don't know, Stevie and Lindsey have both cited releasing a small number of songs on iTunes as a sensible way to release new music in today's world. It depends on the volume of work they produce that they'll consider good enough, and we aren't going to know that for a while.

I'd say this is a realistic possibility. "Albums" are kind of an old concept. Unfortunately with this band, it's not like they'll keep recording a couple songs here or there and keep going… if they don't sit in the studio and do it another 10 years will go by.

I like Ricky, not so much as a song, but as good fun. A delight.

I think they were contemplating another EP (if that's all they could get), before they knew Christine was returning. Now, that she's there, I don't think an EP is going to cut it. I mean, I know they only did a few songs for The Dance, but this time it just seems like they already have an album worth of songs and, not that we want them with WB, but they want to be with a record company.

Now, it will be easy to get studio backing for the "reunion", so their perspective has changed. I just don't think an EP will cut it any longer.
