I've seen every episode of this season, and I think the show is all over the place, in its plotting, its characters. I just wish Steve's songs were a little better integrated into the show. Rather than just being played, they could be so much more effective had the editing and the plotting worked with the songs. A good example is Fleetwood Mac's Tusk in another FX show, The Americans. The use of that song, deconstructing it to just instrumentals, during the teaser portion (segment 1) of the pilot was inspired. It just perfectly fit the tone of the show, and established that in the very first episode. Another good example is "Crystal Blue Persuasion" in Breaking Bad. The use of that song over a montage was brilliant. I'm not seeing the same execution and use of source music for American Horror Story, which is unfortunate because they really have such strong material to work with. We were laughing that Stevie was performing on the show, rather than her songs being better integrated. At this point, I'd just love to hear "Seven Wonders," with all the talk about the next supreme having to perform them. That would be a great song to hear, one that I know isn't as well known or remembered by the general public.

In regard to "Seven Wonders"......I'll bet you dollars to doughnuts we'll hear it in Stevie's second appearance.....they just mentioned it too many times for it to be a coincidence! Remember...when Stevie suggested the second story line, she told Ryan Murphy "You know I have a song by that title!" HAS to be "Seven Wonders!" (Nice royalty check for Sandy Stewart!!!)

Am I the only one that thought "Room On Fire" would have made great background music for Stevie and Misty's first meeting???

Totally hoping for "Seven Wonders" for the season finale! I don't think Stevie will perform it in a million years, but they should definitely play it.

I don't know about that. I didn't necessarily understand it to be something they recorded just for AHS. Obviously, I would love it if there's new music we haven't heard, but I don't think so. I just think she could have meant something that is already out -- though I don't know what she and Lindsey have done witchy lately.

Yes, I don't think Stevie was there the whole time. In fact, I don't know if they have two pianos or not, but I saw the witches in a scene with the piano and Stevie was no where to be seen.

People just evaporate and reappear anyway. I don't think the Axeman just walked into Fiona's room. He kind of appeared. Also, if he started walking around the house, I think the girls would be a little shocked, considering the battle they had with him. Michele

IMHO, you have to 1. Be a fan of AHS to understand and get it all in Context!! There's A LOT that happened prior to this episode that will explain why Misty is what she is and why Patti died etc etc. 2. Stevie's acting was OK, BUT has been described as wooden. Why couldn't she parlay some of the MGM concert "Say Goodbye" emotion to this??

I also thought that Angela Bassett was brilliant last night and looked great for a 55 year old lady!!

Ok, we have 3 more episodes to go and let me just renew my vote. I still think Delia is the next Supreme. They just made her weak in this episode to surprise us.

Also, they had Fiona reject her daughter this week (although she was very concerned when she was blinded a few weeks ago) and I think Fiona will change on that. I think she will sacrifice her life for her daughter's before all is said and done.

And who knows, that may convince Legba that she has a soul after all.

Patti Lupone was EVIL in the show. She abused and eventually killed her own son. B!tch deserved death! If you've been watching the show this season, nobody stays dead for very long anyway...

I love love love the ending with Stevie at the piano and Fiona on the couch (with tears running down her face). It was great...but I kept wondering, where the heck has Stevie been the whole time? I don't think Misty would have gone out for a stroll with Madison if she knew Stevie was still in the house...so I agree that Fiona must have summoned Stevie back (who wouldn't if they could?)

I also thought the stuff Madison was saying to Misty about Stevie was so funny. "Hey girlfriend, it's auntie Stevie" and talking about the shawls. Emma Roberts is really great as Madison and it was good to hear Stevie acknowledge that in a recent interview referring to Emma's portrayal of Madison and how it “just drips of evil and it's great."

Well, by process of elimination its NOT Nan since Papa Legba took her away nor is it Queenie who perished before the Holidays , so who do we have left? : Delia (Cordelia) who takes a daily beat-down from her mom Fiona (aka the Soulless) ; Misty Day ( Stevie fan) who's knocked OUT (temporarily, I am sure); Madison, the "Hollywood" star who everyone loves to hate , BUT also showed Misty that she could raise the dead and knock OUT Misty; Zoe, who has NOT really showed any powers except during the Zombie Apocalypse and freed the Ax-man (who is Fiona's lover).

ONE of the above will show us the Seven Wonders.....Necromancy/resurgance, pyrokinesis, telekenesis, clairvoyance, transmutation and teleportation

Remember Michele, it MAY NOT be Delia because she wasn't even strong enough to cast her own fertility spell??

I don't know... Fiona is growing exponentially weaker, which only means that the next Supreme is growing exponentially stronger. We've seen Nan, Madison, and Misty all blossom, but Cordelia has actually lost what little power she had. I can definitely see Fiona sacrificing herself for Cordelia. Fiona summoning Stevie to sing HAEWAFY, then crying while Stevie played it, hinted at the regret she'd had for casting off her daughter.

This whole inclusion of Legba makes it interesting, though. It looks like he's teaming up with Nan to combat Marie & Fiona. But are Marie & Fiona going to outfox him, and thus Fiona may gain a soul & live? The possibilities are endless.

Also, where are Queenie, Delphine, and Kyle? The way most characters alternate episodes this season is driving me nuts!

But did she really perish? She was always able to mutilate her own body because she was a human vodoo doll. So by blowing her own brains out, she was actually simply killing Hank instead.

Yes, I don't think Queenie is dead. Her body was not there, because the other girls were still looking for her. If they found her body at the house where Hank killed everyone we would have known, since Marie is living with them.

Louie, Fiona tried to cast a fertility spell a long time ago. She got second sight when she was blinded and now she doesn't seem to have it any more, but if she stopped sobbing and feeling sorry for herself, we might discover she has some kind of new power, after all. I'm sure Myrtle will bring it to her attention. Fiona and Ax-Man are trying to kill all the powerful girls and the one they won't try to kill, Delia, is the one who will end up being the Supreme.

Newzchspy, I don't really think that Madison can raise people from the dead. That was just a set up. She actually did put the grave workers in a type of trance, but I don't think the guy in the coffin was dead anyway. She was just tricking Misty. If she really did have that power, then I don't think she'd feel threatened by Misty.
