Funny that Stevie offered to do a walk through for Ryan which would have her breeze through the house briefly just being "stunningly tall."

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Stevie Nicks has toured the world, been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and sold hundreds of millions of albums – but the rock icon says appearing on “American Horror Story: Coven” is “the most interesting thing” she’s ever done...

Initially, Stevie – who had previously worked with Ryan on “Glee” – pitched a simple cameo for herself on the show and Ryan expanded on the idea.

“’If you want me to just do a walk-thru, I can wear a really long black dress and look stunningly tall and fantastic,’” she said, recalling a phone call with Ryan. “The next thing I know, I’m going to New Orleans.”

Thanks, I'm a dummy! Since when has Stevie ever been "stunningly tall," even with her trademark platform boots?

"This shawl has danced across the stages of the world..."

So they let Stevie write her own lines, then?

I don't think it is cheesy at all. It looks like a lot of fun, Louie. Now Skip, Skip, are you reading this? Ohhhhhhh Skip, I'm counting on you to record this for me. Are you gonna record this for me???

Well, at least she sounded natural. On the Chris Isaak show she didn't sound as normal and unstilted as she does in that clip.

From what I can see of AHS, she sounded like she was talking to a fan, not "acting."

With the big bright flowers, that's an ugly shawl.

Thank you so much for posting the clip. I really do hope that some people on this board never really do meet her because I fear they would be rude and never satisfied
This is exactly how direct, sincere, and warm she is in person. She did a good job, and this clip and its moments are beautiful. Also having watched the show within the context of what's going on it really is a big deal, and fits perfectly.

( any mean or snide rebuttals will not be replied to until after the airing of the episode tomorrow as I am signing off of the ledge and not even peeking, so as to let the b***y quips that will inevitably be made not ruin my enjoyment of the episode as they *almost* ruined my enjoyment of the clip. .....almost)

I actually still do have a Betamax. Still tell myself I'm going to transfer millions of old VHS and Beta tapes to dvd some day.

Wow .I guess I'm not the only one here with the old classic VCR's.

I got hours and hours of Stevie/FM on Beta and VHS which got to get transferred to DVD someday.Nevermind my home videos of my family and a ton TV shows from the 1970's and 80's.

You should check and see if the Betamax still fires up..I got to do the same here. I still record .archive and time shift on VHS here.I dont trust the digital medium yet on archiving the current recordings. My 25 year old tapes probably out last the digital copies and myself.
