Memory issues aside, I think she'd recall that "Seven Wonders" wasn't just a b-side. It was a Top 20 single, they filmed a video, and they performed it for an entire tour. Seems like quite a lot to forget. Beyond that, I have a hard time "hearing" "Seven Wonders" being used in context of 'Coven.' It's not a moody, dark or esoteric song. And there's certainly nothing "witchy" about it. |

I mean, I think Seven Wonders will be used, but I was thinking of the lyrics today and they don't fit. Well, it's definitely no fit from Misty's point of view and Stevie has always been associated with Misty. Now, if it's Cordelia and something good happens to her, she ends up being pregnant AND is made the Supreme in a seven wonders ceremony, I could see the lyrics fitting that. Michele |

I don't think we should be taking the "b-side" comment too literally. For two reasons:
One, it's absolute hearsay...Ryan Murphy said Stevie said that it's a b-side. She could have said "demo," or "outtake," or "something I pick on the piano and the girls sing with me," and Ryan said "b-side" just to simplify it or perhaps that's how he heard it or interpreted it. Not a reliable statement, in my opinion. Second, as others have mentioned, Stevie doesn't have the greatest track record when it comes to recalling things that happened "back in the day." "Sisters" being last performed in 1979, for example. And I do find it hard to believe that she would remember which of her songs ended up being b-sides 30 years ago ("Silver Springs" being the exception). I also don't think it's "Silver Springs." The comments make it sound as though the song in question fits perfectly with the storyline, and I don't have any idea how "Silver Springs" could fit in. I still contend that "Melacine/The Witch" is the best fit, in terms of lyrics fitting the storyline. I mean, MISTY DAY has the same number of syllables...."'Misty Day is insane!' they said....they burned your body and they wished you dead..." If Fiona really is bringing Stevie in to sort of lure Misty Day into revealing that she's the next Supreme, wouldn't a song, sung by Stevie ABOUT Misty and her trial and tribulations, be a perfect fit? |

![]() If the show uses "Seven Wonders," I think the chorus has the most relevance and could be used in the context of Fiona's battle to retain her beauty and power. I also speculate (meaning, it's not fact!) that Ryan Murphy has a limited catalog to work from. Warner Bros. probably approved certain songs (mostly songs from the most commercially successful releases) to be used in the show. In other words, we won't be hearing songs like "Fire Burning" at the stake and "That's Alright" when Fiona and Marie inevitably reconcile. This is true for shows like American Idol, where singers cannot just choose any song to perform on the show. They must pick from the cleared list.

Wasn't Gold Dust Woman released as a B-side?
Although when speaking about B-sides you cannot help but think of Silver springs |

I'm still saying 'Seven Wonders.' We all know how cray cray Stevie can get. She probably hasn't even thought of the song in twenty years. Plus, the whole climax of the season has been building up to the performing of the Seven Wonders.
It's weird having two of my obsessions colliding together. |

http://au.ibtimes.com/articles/53091...0-spoilers.htm By Anshu Shrivastava | December 18, 2013 5:57 PM EST ‘American Horror Story-Coven’ Spoilers Episode 10: Outing of New Supreme in ‘The Magical Delights of Stevie Nicks’ [VIDEO] The episode 10 of "American Horror Story-Coven" is called "The Magical Delights of Stevie Nicks." It was reported in November that Stevie Nicks has agreed to make a guest appearance as herself in an episode of "American Horror Story-Coven." Fiona is trying to find out who is the real supreme. She is using Misty's idol, Stevie Nicks, to make Misty show her full powers. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Ryan Murphy, co-creator of "American Horror Story," had said that the appearance of Stevie Nicks is "Fiona's ruse in that Fiona is trying to get the true Supreme to reveal herself because she needs to stay alive. So she tells Misty Day that the Supreme gets so many great things in life, like tickets to the Oscars and Met Ball tickets." Murphy had said that Fiona brings Stevie Nicks as a present. It is Fiona's way of telling Misty that if she "exhibits more power she'll get that and more." In the upcoming new episode, the other girls will come to the academy and "see Stevie and Misty singing and it starts them trying to move much quicker to prove that they are the Supreme," Murphy had added. In the mid-season finale, "Head," Hank went on a killing spree at Marie's parlour. Before he could kill Marie, Queenie put a loaded gun in her mouth and pulled the trigger, which killed Hank. Marie finally knocked at academy's doors to form an alliance with Fiona against the witch hunters. Cordelia will find the true identity of Hank and also more about the witch hunters. Hank was part of his father's run organisation, which specialises in witches hunting. Hank is dead but the danger has not dissipated. In the preview video of episode 11, Fiona can be seen saying, "witch hunters never act alone, we've to find the hive." In addition to witch hunting story-arc, there is the track of finding the Supreme. In the upcoming episode, Madison is likely to do her best to eliminate her competition for the throne of Supreme. The Official Synopsis of "American Horror Story-Coven" Episode 10 "The Magical Delights of Stevie Nicks": "Fiona attempts to out the new Supreme with a visit from Stevie Nicks. Cordelia learns the truth about Hank and the Witch Hunters. Madison tries to eliminate her competition for the Supremacy." The episode 10 of "American Horror Story-Coven" is scheduled to air on January 08, 2014. James Wong has written the episode, while Alfonso Gomez-Rejon has directed it. |

Huffington Post Stevie Nicks And Lily Rabe Are BFF In New 'American Horror Story' Posted: 01/02/2014 3:36 pm EST Stevie Nicks' "American Horror Story: Coven" episode will premiere on Jan. 8, but FX recently released new photos of Nicks with star Lily Rabe, whose character, Misty Day, is obsessed with the Fleetwood Mac frontwoman and her witchy ways. Nicks and Rabe look like they were made for each other in the photos below, which makes us wonder what's in store when the show returns. In an interview, Rabe told Vulture that Stevie Nicks is her character's idol. "She’s looking for someone to help her understand why she is the way she is, so in that way her soul is nourished by Stevie. It’s not a superficial obsession, it’s a deep love." |
