pending charges disappear after a week, so they'll re-charge you in the coming days.

it's all very stupid and badly handled though.

This sucks! I was so looking forward to this DVD, and now I am checking my mail 1000 times a day expecting it to be canceled. I am really not in the mood to fight with Brie. Everybody who gets screwed up like this should get their DVDs for free.

What I dont understand is. All of us that ordered the DVD set and received the photos with no problem using our charge cards.

Why are they having problems with peoples charge cards .

Who knows how many other customers orders that got rejected besides us who have reported the cancellation here on the Ledge.

Also I guess WBM will have those unsold DVD packages back in stock .

What are they going to to do with the unsold DVD's.

I just puzzled with this whole thing.

I wonder what is Brie's excuse.

Is it possible for all of us on The Ledge who ordered the DVD to organize and send e-mails expressing concern and dissatisfaction about the whole orders canceling fiasco? If many people put pressure on them demanding to get what they ordered, maybe they'll hurry up and fix their sloppy work. The In Your Dreams DVD is the second best selling item on WB store for days, right behind Chers new album, and I am sure the special bundle offer had a lot to do with building a hype around the DVD, and stimulating the sales.

This is what is says on Warner Music's website (see below) when it comes to pre-orders. They are pretty much saying that you are suppose (at least if you live in the States) to get your ordered delivered on the release date.

And it also says that your credit card won't be charged until the order has been shipped

In most cases, when you place a pre-order, we will validate and authorize your credit card, which will show up on your bank statement. However, your card will not actually be charged until the product ships. If you see an authorization charge, that money has not been taken out of your account yet. Some pre-orders are charged at time of purchase.
If you are paying for the pre-order with PayPal, we are required by PayPal to charge your account right away.
If you live in the U.S. and would like to receive your music on or about release date, please place your order no later than 10 days before the scheduled release date. International orders will not arrive by the US release date and may take an additional 3-4 weeks to get to you. International shipments including Canada and Mexico are sent by the United States Postal Service Economy and may be held by your local Customs Authority for an additional 10-14 days depending upon the customs laws in your country. Therefore, it is best to allow 4-5 weeks for delivery.

As iamnotafraid mentioned before, Best Buy is still listing the release as a 2-disc set. I thought for sure they would have either corrected that to 1-disc by now, or added the product details (if this is a Best Buy exclusive version, for example).

I can see private living room screenings coming up in December as we keep warm and chestnuts are roasting on the fire as the holiday season comes upon us.

I would love to get that 80 inch flat screen down at BJ's .I need a loan to get it.LOL...

My credit card is payed off so they should not have a problem with it as long WB music dont screw up the numbers and cancel me out.

Stevie must be speed signing them as we speak here and and between AHS taping's.

I will go to Best Buy if I get dumped at WB music.I got her IYD CD there for $9.99 last summer.

I hope they will have this in the store. $13.99 Wow not bad.
