In processing your order, we attempted to secure funds from your credit card, but the request was declined. Your order has been canceled.

Please note that at the time of purchase we authorize your credit card to verify funds are available, and some banks require the authorization to occur every 7 days. These are NOT charges, and the authorization is removed from the account quickly. However if the authorization attempt comes back declined more than once, the order is cancelled.

Unfortunately the Bundle is no longer available and has been removed from the webstore.

same thing happened to me. oh well. it was $$ I didn't need to be spending so I figured Warner Bros. did me a favor! Then I bought a new pair of shoes.

I just received this email:

"Thank you for your order. Unfortunately, we have been unable to obtain a valid
authorization to hold your order and it has been cancelled. Please place your order
again using another credit card."

I know my card is good! What the h3ll is going on with them?!

It sounds like the website that takes care of the credit card info is screwed up.

I wonder if they doing this on purpose to have her sign less DVD's.I'm beginning to think that.

Will I just called and payed my credit card and found out the DVD charges was never posted.WTF .I probably will get an email soon like you guys with the BS about the credit card did not go through.

Leave it to corrupt WBM to effing people out of a good DVD package.

I will get mine when they hit the shelves in the stores.If the idiots send them to the stores. I rather have her sign my copy in person with my name as she steers in my eyes and say hi.

The people in the stores will be able to buy and view this DVD a good one week before most of ours arrive in the mail.

Yes you are right.I dont know much about eCommerce but I got a feeling they just starting to go through the sales orders and probably the credit card info only can be hold for a short time on their servers before it gets deleted do to security purposes.I'm probably wrong about that idea but its a good thought.

I dont have a rulebook on hand on guide lines on eCommerce and credit companies.



Also if they just got to these orders.This will screw Stevie on time to sign them and she has to rush to do the job.Thats not fair.

I will give Best Buys a call and see if they have a delivery date or if they are getting them in that store.

I haven't received a cancellation email but I checked my bank account and that pending transaction has just vanished. WTH?
