I've downloaded it once so far.

You ordered it through your iPhone.

It must be hard on those iPhone's and other small devices with the eyes.

I know I would have problems seeing the iPhone screen.

I ordered mine through my I phone and there is definitely NO link to download the pics with the confirmation e-mail.

Hopefully WB will send out 1500 confirmation e-mails Monday.

This is the first time that I used Warner music store online.

I figure they would send a confirmation e-mail like Ticketmaster or Live Nation does.

All the money they hording from music sales and artists .They should have a weekend staff working in their offices to take and complete peoples orders.

I ordered one but I don't think they will be too personalized. I'm pretty sure the signature and note will an electronic scan and print out in her hand writing. There is no way she would sign over 1000 copies. It won't say "dear Scott," is that what y'all think too

If you missed one of the 1500 copies, you can get it on eBay... for the low price of $600!!

What a ****ing scam. I hate people who do this, it makes me sick. Six hundred dollars, are you ****ing kidding me? I wish there was some way to report this because that's so awful. Same seller sold one but it was an offer that was accepted and it won't show how much it was for. Hope the person didn't get too ripped off.

Quite a few autographed Stevie items are popping up now...A few are offering to stand in line at the upcoming B&N signing and have Stevie put your name on a DVD if you want pay their price

Yeah! Hopefully! I'm glad I'm not the only one having this problem! Was beginning to feel incompetent! It's also NOT my computer having issues! I've tried it on other computers! Still no link!

The letter is a print, but the signature on the insert of the DVD is hand written. I cannot believe I managed to order it four hours after it went on sale online. Just a few minutes later it was sold out.

Just had WB sending me my order confirmation again. Apparently they did have my correct E-mail so something else must have happened. In their answer to me they Alsing wrote this;

"Please note: The files have to be accessed from a personal computer. You cannot download the file directly onto a smartphone or tablet because these devices do not support unzipping software. You must access it from a computer and then transfer the photos to your mobile device."

Yes I see.Sammy got Charlie's Stephanie got Susan's , Peter got Joe's.

That will be hard to do even if Stevie has our names on the order form printout with the DVD package.I can see after she's done signing the 1500 DVD's then they go into WB''s personnel hands to get packed and shipped.That when the errors will start when they mix up the names on the DVDs that Stevie signed with the fans name and addresses.

I worked in a few fulfillment warehouses in the past and see these errors all the time since I was doing QC control.

It can be done If Stevie and Karen themselves do the project themselves and keeping their eyes on the names and not mixing them.

It would be time consuming for them but they will have fun and a good feeling that they did it for us.

I figure that was the deal that you got to get it on a regular computer only.

I'm glad they ironed it out for you.

Thats good to know about ordering through iPhone's that you cant get the files.

Maybe we should all give them bad feedback and give them a piece of our mind what they are doing.
