I hope the 1 per household format did deter the sleazebay sellers from buying multiple copies of the DVD.

We will see probably around Christmas time eBay will be flooded with them.

I can't figure out how to download mine either! I don't have the link in my email even though it says the downloads are available immediately! Confused! It says I purchased and I have confirmation! I even went to WB webstore site and it says that I purchased the deluxe package but when I click on downloadable products it says I have none! Frustrated! Can someone help???

Did you get a confirmation email? If so, right under Order Details it should say "Your digital download of Stevie Nicks — Exclusive Photos Download is available." Stevie Nicks — Exclusive Photos Download should be hyper linked and if you click on it, your download should start immediately. At least that's how my confirmation email was set up, hope this helps

I see the order details and it lists the DVD, Handwritten Letter, Signed insert and Exclusive Photo downloads but no Hyperlink anywhere! I'm not very computer savvy but I should be able to figure this out but can't! Grrrrr!

Did you get your pics downloaded yet??? I took a screen cap of my email from WB...The link for the pictures is highlighted...

Ordered my DVD bundle this morning (my time)

Ran and got my credit card and placed the order on my iphone as fast as I could in order not to miss out, which meant that I could not use the download link that you got immediately on the page of order confirmation. AND apparently I must have, being in a hurry and doing it on my iphone, missed or gotten a letter wrong on my email address so I never got the order confirmation e-mail and can therefor not download the pictures.

Have contacted Warner Brothers but it will take them at least a business day to help me out so have to wait a few days

BUT am very happy and looking forward to the delivery in December

And apparently we don't have to wait before they will show up on ebay

Considering how successful this single promotion is, I wish Stevie would make an effort to do something a bit more ambitious. There is obviously a market for it. Over 10 years ago, Nicksfix offered personalized signed and framed Robin Rhiannon prints to raise money for cancer research. Yes they were expensive but Stevie and her fans were raising money for a great cause. She should do something similar with her Katrina Storm Goddess artwork. I'm sure she has TONS of art that could be printed in editions and all for her favorite causes.

My email confirmation email from WB looks very similar to yours with all the items listed but doesn't have the link to the downloads that you have highlighted in yellow! I wonder if it's because I ordered from my iPhone? Hmmm! Thanks for offering to help!

This what you see in the Warner Music Store account section under My downloadable products.

Click on ":Click to download" and download it to your hard drive .Virus scan and open the zip file with your default unzipping program .

Just remember where on your computer you downloaded the file and opened them to.

You should still receive the same kind of order confirmation e-mail even though placing the order on your iphone don't you thin?

I was alittle worried.

I never receive an email from WB saying the order is OK.

Maybe Monday when their office opens up and they look at the orders and send out the confirm notice to us.

According to the store it went through OK.

The photos file is about 26mb big.

See how it says (I marked it in red) that it shows date, title, status and remaining downloads??
And where I marked with blue it says that you have 2 remaining downloads and according to the order confirmation page once I was done with my order it said that you could only download 3 times so according to the above it seems like it says that you have already downloaded it once. Sure there isn't something going on with your computer?

i had to DL the photos twice.
the first time the page didn't load to anything...i blame ORBIT. it's a bit outdated and i can't be bothered deleting it.
Second time it worked fine.
It's a zip file.

i like the 1 per household. that's how it should be.
hope everyone who wanted one, got one
