The drywall contractor asked if he could bring in his radio and turn it on and I said yes. Edge of 17 was playing when he plugged it in. That's a good sign.

34 years ago this week I took my brand new, newly released album Tusk, home from the record store and played it endlessly for a very long time. There were so many amazing new songs to enjoy.

“I ran home from school to watch Dark Shadows” is the mantra of millions of baby boomers who came of age during the 1960s and 70s. Dark Shadows was a daytime serial like no other: the show told traditional soap opera tales of love lost and found in a most non-traditional way: it’s characters were a menagerie of vampires, werewolves, witches and ghosts.

Great Its Bosstime!

Great post BTW! Bruce crowd surfing always makes me smile
I know its not mac related but in the hierarchy of live shows everyone should applaud.
He puts his trust in his fans and they trust him. I spent my last 2 summers going to see Bruce!

Wow, I can't believe that 2 years ago I was joining this amazing place!!! 2 years...
I don't know, but sometimes I think it was more time, and sometimes not. I remember I was searching for some demos/b sides of TITN, and I came here. And here I am!!!
I remember too that I joined The Ledge a few days after I bought the 2 CDs of The Very Best of FM. Good times!

Viv, that sig: I am having enormous fun scrolling up and down on the page and watching it whiz by fast enough that I can conveniently misinterpret it as something a lot more... shall we say... porn-y.

Was that your intention or am I just a complete pig? I'm frankly happy with either scenario.

You're a complete Pig.

But having known Viv's character as long as I have, I'm sure he means to be misinterpreted

So you win, either way!
