regardless, it's a nice sentiment, from both you and Deeshere. same with your wanting to defend me. but as i'm sure you've noticed i have no problems standing for my opinions. the way i see it, people who cannot bear to hear anybody's different views are the ones with a problem.

but peeps, we strayed... let's go back to discussing Lindsey's lyrics.
![]() how about Dancin'? and its one-two punch with Sad Angel? i always considered that one really really in-your-face straightforward, but maybe there are different opinions?

![]() i don't really think these 2 songs are about a person, i think they are directed to a person, actually. for anybody who is not familiar with this song, since Dancin' was played just twice, live, and is not on any published material, here are the lyrics, transcribed by CAD: http://ledge.fleetwoodmac.net/showthread.php?t=50108 . Deeshere apparently thinks this song is about Kristen; i don't see it. however i can imagine SN not being very happy with this song, if she heard it. ![]()

What I meant by mentioning your age is that I thought maybe you hadn't heard Lindsey's music because you had been a youngin when his first solo albums came out. But since you're older than me (ha ha) that's not the case. |

He doesn't?
I personally own all 5 Macsters. I don't own the other 11 members though. Although, I do claim possession of certain stuff that they've worked on, like the French Kiss version of Sentimental Lady. Mine. Michele |

Oh yeah, Comes about Stevie too, and no she hated it. Lindsey said they had a huge argument over it, and every time it was played she left the stage. I know he said it's not about her later, but Stevie obviously didn't believe him and she knows him best.

Uh oh. Hey, I thought everyone was allowed to have their own opinion on this board.
So who or what do you think it's about? ![]() Last edited by Deeshere; 09-05-2013 at 09:24 AM.. |
