I wonder what friends found the WY video and showed it to her. I'd feel a bit presumptuous doing that - like it might be rude to insinuate that she might not remember a song she had written (by virtue of being like "oh look at this forgotten song!"). If that wasn't their reason for showing it to her, then what was? "Oh, look at these pictures of you and Lindsey! Youth! Glory!"

But if it was just Karen (or Lori or Sharon) she could say, "oh Stevie I've never heard this song. How come you never told me about it before? When did you record it? It must have been before we met."

Inwardly, she could be thinking that Stevie didn't remember the song, but she wouldn't have to present it to Stevie like that.

Oh, Stevie is VERY conscious of her image and very carefully monitors and controls it. I'm not surprised at ALL that she knows about YT videos and everything else. I think her nonsense about computers and the internet is just a smokescreen. Not that I necessarily think SHE personally digs through the various social media sites (I recall a magazine interview where the reporter notes that she had to call Karen just to turn the disco ball in her living room on). I agree it's likely Karen and whoever else in her entourage that finds them and shows them to her. Doing it herself is beneath a ROCK STAH legend....... I love mama but she is who she is.....
