Default Stevie's limp

I've read some reviews that mention Stevie having a limp at one of the recent shows.

Does anyone know what happened?

I think I remember her having knee or hip problems a few years ago. Was wondering if this was the same thing.
She should take a break from the heels, I think...

I've noticed in some recent youtube videos she looks like she's been putting her hand on her back.
Maybe it's back pain/issues.

I'm pretty sure Stevie's arthritic. You can definitely see it in her hands. It would also explain her increasingly stiff/limited movements on stage the past decade. Plus, she's in her mid 60s & has lived the decadent rock star life for 4 decades. All of that catches up to you at some point.

Oh dear now im very worried. Hope everything is alright! :/ never thought of her having back pains would be why she puts her arm behind her back all the time. I have pretty back pains myself and i always do the same thing. I just ever but 2 and 2 together.. hmm. This is going to keep me thinking now..

^This. Recently Sarah Jessica Parker, who is almost as short as Stevie and who also lived forever in skyscraper heels, revealed that her feet were a mess and her foot doctor told her she is forbidden to wear them anymore. She quoted him as saying something like "see how this part of your foot is bent here? It's not supposed to do that" (I assumed it was bunions).

I always felt bad for Stevie when people made fun of her footwear.. "Frankenboks" and all that. I'm sure she feels compelled to try and live up to the image everyone has of her even if it's physically painful.

There is still no excuse for those monstrosities. If she can't wear the boots anymore, there are plenty of other attractive footwear options out there that don't involve weird platform tennis shoe/boots.

Just realized she's been putting her hand on her back
to adjust the remote monitor pack that
control the levels she's getting in her ears.
Probably no back problem - just the usual
ear monitors all great singers use these days.

I wonder if she's been fiddling with her ear piece like she usually does, this tour. She didn't when I saw them in Columbus, but I wonder if she's been doing it since then.

Newsflash, she's a grown woman and she can do what she wants. She doesn't have to choose footwear or clothing that fans find attractive. If she wants to wear boots you consider to be monstrosities she doesn't need an excuse. Not trying to be rude, but does her choice of footwear really matter? I'm more interested in her voice than how she looks ...

Someone mentioned arthritis - this wouldn't surprise me - I watched her perform Rhiannon at the piano in a 2011 video and her fingers were somewhat contorted.

I love to try on those red shoes that Mick wears. I'll take a pair in size 10.

I hope Stevie will be ok.Now I'm worried about her with the pain.

That is nothing new. Her fingers have always looked that way. She's a witch.

Personally, Stevie can come out burqa for all I care, I don't go to FM shows for her at all. I was simply responding to bombaysaffires saying that she(?) felt bad for people making fun of Stevie's Frankenboks by pointing out Stevie had/has plenty of other options out there for comfortable, attractive footwear that would avoid criticism if that was something that bothered Stevie.
