The 65-year-old is citing irreconcilable differences, but so far has not filed for a divorce. Not sure in which state he filed in, but in California, anything over 10 years is considered a "long-term" marriage and he's probably screwed in terms of trying to claim that what's his is still his and not hers. Watch the big Hollywood power couples--they often will split before they hit that 10 year mark--it makes a huge difference in who gets what and how much in divorce cases out there.
