"I would love to believe..." this whole theory is true

I listened to GOS quite a bit last week. I'd love to hear Wait For You, with Mick beating the sh*t out of his kit. He plays topnotch on that track.

I never really considered that an upbeat song, but I think they play it for the drum solo, not for its sound. They would substitute it out for another one where Mick could have a solo. When they last did NTF, World Turning wasn't there.

Not in a million years would they end the show with 2 unknown songs. And if they are going to do Frozen Love it would not make sense to put it first. Who came up with this list in this order anyways?

LOL, well I already have a strike against me, seeing that Stevie has since quoted Sisters. They will perform it...well at least the 1st night or 2.

We will see (and hear) in less than 48 hours

I just sequenced them by copyright date - 1973-2013.

tweet today from Columbus:

@smitchcd now
Lindsey Buckingham was launching into dreaded "new song" during Fleetwood Mac soundcheck in NWA when #CBJ trade flurry began. #goodtiming

so even though this guy doesn't care about hearing any new songs, we now have confirmed (hopefully... unless he was soundchecking unrelated songs) that at least one new song will be performed. either that, or it's just any old song that this guy doesn't know.

Interesting...

Dreaded as in Lindsey doesn't want to do it or this guy dreads hearing "new" songs?

this guy dreads new songs for sure since he was happy to have "#CBJ trade flurry" to follow so doesn't have to listen to the song he doesn't know.

whether band introduced it as a "dreaded new song" to the people present at that soundcheck i don't know

if band didn't introduce it as a new song i wouldn't believe this guy's info, because it is possible that he doesn't know BTLH or SOTM and thinks those are new songs...

This came off so "douchey" to me. I guess its just because I'm so excited to hear somethign new. I can understand a casual fans POV of not wanting to hear anything new.

However, when I go to a concert (especially a concert where I'm just a casual fan) I never dread hearing a new song. I always think of it as "who knows, maybe this new song will be my next favorite song."

did a band member say they're performing BTLH? Stevie said they're doing SOTM
